| All reservations require a guarantee by valid credit card with expiry date. During July-August and Dec25-31 a 1 night deposit is required. When reserving a Premiere Loft Condo or 3 or more rooms, a 1 night deposit is required. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| Through your system must cancel 72hrs prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night stay plus tax cancellation and/or no show charge. Reservation of Premiere Loft Condo or arriving from Dec25-Dec31 must cancel 14 days prior to arrival to avoid loss of deposit. |
