| The Ranch office is open 7:30am to 8pm, 7 days a week during the winter season. During the summer the Ranch office is open from 8am to 5pm, 7 days a week. Check in during office hours at the Ranch. Take US Highway 40. Exit onto Mt. Werner Road and proceed east toward the mountain. Take second left after stoplight onto Steamboat Blvd. Take second right onto Clubhouse Dr. Go up the hill, taking second right onto River Queen Lane. At choice of going straight or curving to the left, curve left. Continue straight and you will see the Ranch sign. The office is at the bottom of the property. Check in after hours at Mountain Resorts, The Resort Group Building 2150 Resort Drive. Take US Highway 40. Exit onto Mt. Werner Road. Proceed east toward the ski mountain for 1/4 mile. Turn left onto Resort Drive and make your first left into the parking lot.

We have a complete conference center facility and can handle all of the arrangements for you. In addition to our meeting rooms, we have an Executive Lounge with fireplace, decks and magnificent views. Our conference coordinator and executive chef will be happy to help you finalize your plans. During summer the Ranch at Steamboat's secluded hillside location creates the perfect atmosphere for a wedding! We can accommodate groups from 10-200 in our 2600 square feet of meeting space.
