This is another or Oregon's stunning volcanic peaks that lies about 22 miles southwest of Bend, Oregon- a beautiful, growing mountain resort town. Like Mt. Hood to the north, Mt. Bachelor is impressive because it soars above its alpine competitors in the middle section of Oregon. Mt. Bachelor is famous for its near-perfect ski and snowboard conditions. Because of where Mt. Even better, the snow tends to fall at Mt. Bachelor in the evening winter storms that blow through the area.
